Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University held an inter-university debate on the theme “Urgent Social Problems: Two Sides of the Medal” and a round-table discussion entitled “The President's Way”.

On November 28, 2013, the second literary ball was held at the Student Club of S. Toraighyrov PSU by the Department of Russian Philology.

The Second Asian Open Togyz-kumalak Championship with participants from 9 countries (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Mongolia, Russia, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) was held in Pavlodar.

On November 18, 2013, S. Toraighyrov PSU has launched a set of events devoted to the celebration of the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Leader of the Nation Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev.

The students enrolled in the program in Tourism at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University participated in the “Tourism, Alga!” exhibition and competition held by the Department of Tourism of the Pavlodar region in cooperation with the Ecom public association.

S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University hosted a meeting of the University students with members of the regional branch of the “Association of Koreans in Kazakhstan” Public Association. The meeting took place at S. Beysembayev Scientific Library.

S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University hosted an international scientific and practical conference “The Phenomenon of Mashkhur-Zhusip, a Man of the World” dedicated to the 155th birthday of a great son of the Kazakh people, our famous fellow countryman, educator, orientalist, folklorist, and gifted poet Mashkhur Zhusip Kopeyev on November 21, 2013.
