S. Toraighyrov PSU hosted the ‘Aymauytov Readings’ national research and practical conference dedicated to the 125th birthday of a scientific and cultural luminary, writer, the founder of the novel genre in the Kazakh literature, playwright, and translator Zhusipbek Aymauytov. The event took place on September 19, 2014, at 11.00.

As a part of the Labor Day celebration program, students of the Faculty of Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering and Transport had a meeting with Kabidolla Shakarimov, the Chairman of Zamandas (a club for veterans of the Pavlodar region), on September 17, 2014.

Famous scientists from Europe came to S. Toraighyrov PSU under the University Program for Inviting Foreign Lecturers. They give lectures to undergraduate and graduate students of our University.

A celebratory assembly dedicated to the International Day of Knowledge was held near the main entrance of the main academic building of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University on September 1, 2014. The event was attended by students, teachers, researchers and veteran pedagogues.

Open discussion of implementation of the “New Religious Movements in Kazakhstan” research project funded from the state budget featuring leading domestic scientists, experts, managers, specialists from state bodies and religious associations, took place in PSU on August 20, 2014.

Under the agreement on mutual cooperation in research and educational activities between L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Astana) and Administration of Pavlodar region, the I Summer School in Biology devoted to Topical Problems of Modern Biology was held at Bayantau Holiday House of S. Toraighyrov PSU.

Regional Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University in collaboration with Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Pavlodar region held a seminar entitled "Innovation. Technology Transfer. Project Commercialization. Сustomized Inventions" for business leaders and entrepreneurs.
