In order to implement the new social policies aimed at improving children's quality of life, which is specified in the Address of the President to the People of Kazakhstan “Kazakhstan-2050 Strategy: a New Political Course of a Well-established State”, S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University took part in the national campaign entitled “the Road to School”.

A round-table discussion entitled “RK Constitution as the Basis for Further Development and Strengthening of Statehood” was held by the Department of Jurisprudence of S. Toraighyrov PSU in the office of the Pavlodar branch of Nur Otan NDP. It was attended by the teachers of the Department of Jurisprudence, Department of Sociology and Political Science, Department of History of S. Toraighyrov PSU, representatives of the Kazakh Union of Lawyers, Notary Chamber of the Pavlodar region, Department of Justice of the Pavlodar region, and Innovative University of Eurasia.

As of August 2, 2013, www.psu.kz ranks 6th among universities of Kazakhstan. Compared with the ranking of February 2013, we went 4 positions up.

S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University (Pavlodar, Kazakhstan) and Bashkir State University (Ufa, the Republic of Bashkortostan) signed a Memorandum of Scientific and Educational Innovative Cooperation on July 31, 2013.

A presentation of scientific works and research projects of S. Toraighyrov PSU scientists was held for Seo Dong-young, the Vice-president of KC Cottrell (South Korea), and key employees of the company on July 26, 2013 during their working visit to Pavlodar region within the framework of mutually beneficial economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and South Korea in the field of green energy.

The scientists of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University took part in the international online conference entitled Security and Protection of Trademarks, Service Marks and Appellations of Origin in the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conference was held within the G-global Communication Platform on July 23, 2013.
