On the eve in S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar state university celebrated the 85th anniversary of the outstanding Kazakh poet Mukagali Makatayev. The literary event was held at the university in the form of a creative evening, the main aim was the opening to students the creation of the poet-countryman.
