The Faculty of Computer science was established in 2021 (founded on the basis of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technology). The faculty employs approximately 2 doctors of science, 15 candidates of science and 7 PhD holders. Around 5 research and scientific-technical projects have been implemented, over 100 patents and certificates of authorship have been obtained, and more than 100 scientific articles and 10 monographs have been published. The faculty collaborates with companies and enterprises such as Promanalit LLP, ELTEL LLP, SOLID GROUP LLP, KazInvestKom IP, Rubikom Enterprise LLP, SmartErtis LLP, Technical Capabilities CIS LLP.

Voloshin, the Laboratory of Electricity, Magnetism and Wave Processes, the Laboratory of Quantum Physics and the Structure of Matter named after Professor K.K.
