Kadysova Roza (Nagyma) Zhumabaevna Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Social Sciences. She was born on May 7, 1965 in the village of Severnoye, Irtyshsky district, Pavlodar region. 1990 г. - Graduated from the Faculty of History and Pedagogy of Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute named after N.K.Krupskaya. 1988-1994. - 1988-1994 - History teacher in the village of Kaymanachikha, Irtyshsk district, Pavlodar region. 1994-1998. - Senior lecturer of the Department of History, Philosophy and SPD of PSU named after S.Toraigyrov. In 1999 she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences. 2001-2004 Vice-rector for educational work and social issues of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov. 2004-2012 pro-rector for scientific work of PSU named after S.Toraigyrov. 2006 defended her thesis for the degree of Doctor of Historical Sciences. In 2011, she became the owner of the state grant "The best university teacher". In 2011, she studied under the International Program of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak" at Ruskin University (Cambridge, UK). 2012 - was elected deputy of the Maslikhat of Pavlodar. 2012 – 2013 Head of the Department of Culture of the Pavlodar region. From 2013 to 2016 - Scientific Secretary of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Toraighyrov Gold Medal (2010); Letter of Thanks from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2011); Medal "Pavlodar oblysyna 75 zhyl" (2013).

During her scientific and pedagogical activity, she published a number of monographs on topical issues of the history of Kazakhstan, as well as more than 400 articles and abstracts.
