Academic and methodological work

As of September 1, 2018, the Department 3 full-time Bachelor's degree programs and 2 Master's degree programs. Total number of students: 154, including 135 Bachelor's degree students and 19 Master's degree students.

87 students (50%) study in Kazakh, including:

- 87 students in 3 programs.

Number of new students enrolled in the 2018-2019 academic year:

- higher education (Bachelor's degree programs) - 17 students (all of them are state scholarship holders);

- postgraduate educations (Master's degree programs) - 19 students (18 are state scholarship holders).

National system of education quality assessment provides internal and external evaluation of the quality of education and educational achievements of students.

In order to assess the quality of teaching, members of the Department hold open peer-reviewed lessons.

All information regarding such lessons is contained in special logs.

External quality assessment of education consists in final state certification, certification, accreditation and rankings.

Allocation of workload is carried out timely and properly.

Individual plans of the academic staff members have been fully executed.

At the beginning of each semester, students received tasks for independent work. Performance of these tasks was supervised throughout the semester. Organization, conduct and quality of students' independent work meet the requirements of standards and regulations.
