The department has a practical psychology room.
The room hosts lectures and practical classes in the following disciplines: Experimental Psychology, Conflictology, Psychodiagnostics, etc.
There is a group counseling room where trainings and classes in the disciplines “Fundamentals of Psychological Counseling”, “Coaching”, “Group Counseling” are held.

In January 2024, an inclusive education room was opened at the Department of Personal Development and Education as part of the implementation of the IRN project No. AR19679880 “Psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional competencies of university students with special educational needs (using the Pavlodar region as an example)”.

Technical training tools are used in the educational process: projectors, interactive whiteboards, computers, laptops. Diagnostic and correctional materials are used in practical classes: Kos Cubes, Schulte Table, MAC
