The history of the Department of Personal development and education dates back to 2004. Acting Head of the Department, PhD, Professor – Gulmira Mukhamedzhanovna Tulekova. Graduates of the department work in large organizations: Kazakh National University of Arts, Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports, Kazakh National Research Technical University, Non-profit Joint-Stock Company “International University of Tourism and Hospitality”, Intellectual Center “Urker”, Department of Social Assistance of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC “Center for Medical Technologies and Information Systems”, MSI “Regional Children's Rehabilitation Center” of the Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Pavlodar Region, Pedagogical Higher College named after B. Akhmetov, National Academy of Education named after Ybyrai Altynsarin.

The educational process is conducted by highly qualified faculty members with extensive experience in scientific, pedagogical, and industrial activities. This includes 8 professors, 1 doctor of sciences, 4 candidates of sciences, and 12 PhD holders.
