The organization of the educational process at the university is a socially significant and important direction of social development. Education at the university has a socio-cultural orientation. It implies carrying out leisure activities of students, recreational activities, activation of sports and creative activities, prevention of immoral and antisocial behavior, organization of socially useful, volunteer activities, participation in events of the university, the city and the region.
The concept of educational work for 2020-2023 defines the directions of development of the system of educational work and youth policy in the Non-profit Joint-Stock Company "Toraigyrov University" (from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2023), taking into account the interests
of the university and students.
        Educational work with students of the department is aimed at the development of the individual's need to achieve personal success, the realization of their goals and objectives, the formation of independence, self-affirmation, the development of self-sufficiency of the individual, its main qualities contributing to inclusion in various spheres of social life, obtaining a certain specialization, professional development.
The main directions of educational work:
 - Labor education: the formation of socio-economic initiative and professional responsibility.
 - Improving the general culture of students and the development of multilingualism.
 - Moral education.
 - Civil-patriotic and socio-political education.
 - Formation of a healthy lifestyle and social activity.

 01.10.2021 – participation in a concert dedicated to the Day of the Elderly, held in a special regional library for blind or visually impaired citizens. As part of the volunteer movement, 1st year students of the PA department took part in an event for the elderly.

01.03.2022 - recruitment of students of the department in a concert organized by the Day of Gratitude, we hold in the area of a special library for the needy and visually impaired. The event was held within the framework of the volunteer movement. An active place for students:

13.10.2021 – as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the implementation of the state program "Rukhani zhangyru", students of the departments "Performing Arts" and "History of Kazakhstan" of the NAO "Toraigyrov University" took part in the grand opening of the exhibition "Tauelsizdik - mangilik eldin Tugyry" from the funds of the Historical and Cultural Center of the First President of Temirtau and Karaganda regional museum of local history.The event was held at the Ertis Museum. The museum staff expressed gratitude to the Department of AI.

06.10.2021 – visit to the master class of opera singer, teacher, Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1994), Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2006) Abilov Shakhimardan Kaidarovich (concert hall of the University).

12.11.2021 – participation of students of the department of Aldabergenov Yerkebulan, Zhumabayeva Marzhan, IP-401 group in a concert dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Pavlodar Regional Philharmonic named after Isa Baizakov.

03.12.2021 - republican debate tournament "ToU-Open to NEW!" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A concert was held at the end of the tournament. Students of the VA-101 group Zhaskairatovich Tattimbet, Isadilov Arman (group IP), Kenzhebai Bibigaisha, Kabidolla Elaman took part.

March, 2022 - 03.03.2022-22.03.2022 - Zhaskairatovich Tattimbet, gr. BA-101 took part in the concert dedicated to the International Women's day in ToU. Students of IP-101 group, Isadilov Arman and VA-101, Zhaskairatovich Tattimbet and Kabidolla Elaman took an active part in the celebration of Nauryz on the territory of ToU.

08.04.2022 - Subbotnik on the territory of the University. Students took part in the Subbotnik: GR. VA-101 Zhaskairatovich Tattimbet, Kabidolla Elaman, Zhumabekova Tomiris; gr.AA-101 Duisenbai Kanysh; gr. IP-101 Isadilov Arman, Shalabaeva Kamila.

22.04.2022 – Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of the International Academy of Creativity, Moscow, holder of the orders "Bars", "Kurmet", professor of the department Abilov Sh.K. put reflections – monopera "ABAI ZHOLY", which was first performed in Pavlodar.  In 2022, Kazakhstan celebrates the 125th anniversary of the birth of writer, playwright and scientist Mukhtar Omarkhanovich Auezov, the 80th anniversary of the publication of the first book of the epic novel "The Way of Abai". Within the framework of the spiritual revival of the nation, the study of the heritage of Abai is a matter of national importance in strengthening national consciousness and its adaptation to modern requirements. Visiting students and teaching staff of the department of the event. The concert was attended by students of the group VA-101 Evloeva Z., Zhumabekova T., the group AA-101 Koshmatova B., IP-401 Aldabergenov E., Kabidoldin A.

CONTESTS

Students of the department take an active part in various competitions, are Laureates and Diploma Holders of regional, national and international significance.

20.10.2021 - Zhaskairatuly Tattimbet, the group VA-101 took part and took the III place in the regional traditional song contest "Arkaga ata aigili Zharylgapberdi", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 170th anniversary of the birth of akyn and singer Zharylgapberdi Zhumabayuly (Bayanaul).                                                    

10.11.2021 – students of the VA-101 group Evloeva Zamira, Kenzhebai Bibigaisha took part in the patriotic song contest "Men elimdi suyemin" among students of Toraigyrov University as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan (organized by the TOU Philharmonic).                                                 

03.12.2021 - Kenzhebai Bibigaisha was awarded a Diploma of the III degree for active participation in the city patriotic song contest "Tauelsizdik - armanym, zhyrymdy sagan arnadym" ("Independence is my dream, I dedicated my poem to you"), organized by the Estai Palace of Culture by the Department of Culture and Language Development of the city of Pavlodar on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

February, March 2022 - the Republican online contest of children and youth creativity "Daryndy Balalar" was held with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The diploma of the 1st degree was awarded to Omarova Sandugash, gr.IP-302, nomination Instrumental creativity "Ayttym salem Kalamkas" processed by D.Asanov. Director: A.B. Kuminov, also the instrumental duet "Adai", students of the gr.IP-101 Isadilov Arman and Nazmutdinov Faiz took part in the VIII International Festival-competition "New Peaks-2022", held online in Belarus, Minsk (March). The contest was attended in the nomination "Instrumental music (ensembles)". Awarded with the diploma of the Laureate of the I degree.

02.11.2022 – Dedication to students.

On 25.11.2022, an advisory hour was held on the theme: "Symbol of the epoch: Rosa Baglanova is 100 years old." In honor of the singer's anniversary, a new challenge #Rozabaglanova100zhyl was launched in Kazakhstan.Our students also supported this initiative. Student of the department Evloeva Zamira, the group VA-201 performed a popular song from the repertoire of a talented Kazakh singer – "Inkarim-ai". In addition, a documentary about the life and work of Rosa Baglanova with a presentation was shown.

23.12.2022 - holding a New Year's matinee with the participation of students of the specialty "Acting art" and "Vocal art". Participation in the New Year's matinee promotes the disclosure of creative potential, talent, the development of communicative abilities, ingenuity, fosters a sense of collectivism and cohesion among students. Two performances were presented for children, as well as a concert program with contests and New Year's gifts.

26.01.2023 – an event dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of the Kazakh composer Kurmangazy Sagyrbayev was held at Toraigyrov University. The guests of the event were Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Academician, Professor of Toraigyrov University Shakhimardan Abilov, Head of the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs of Pavlodar region Batyrbek Cairo, Artistic Director and Chief Conductor of the Rustembek Omarov Kazakh Folk Instruments Orchestra of the Isa Bayzakov Regional Philharmonic, Associate Professor of the Department of Performing Arts Toraigyrov University Talgat Karimov. The event featured kui "Saryarka", "Turmeden kashkan", "Balbirauyn", "Adai", "Kyzyl kayyn", "Toremurat" and others performed by students of the department, the group of AO-201 Isadilov Arman, Nazmutdinova Fayza and the teacher of the department "Performing Arts" Arsen Beisenov.

07.04.2023 – participation of students in the cleaning of the university grounds. The area under the windows of the РA department has been cleared of garbage.

12.04.2023 – Science Week was held at the university. The advisors of the department held an advisory hour dedicated to the 125th anniversary of T.K. Zhurgenov. At the event, students demonstrated presentations about the biography of the Kazakh scientist in Kazakh and Russian.

19.04.2023 - conducting a master class "Daris sheberlegimen oh-bolisu – Oner zholy", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Beken Bekenovich Zhilisbayev. The master class was demonstrated by Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor of the Department Abilov Shakhimardan Kaidarovich.

01.05.2023 - on the day of the United People of Kazakhstan Toraigyrov University took part in the educational exhibition. The Department of "Executive Research" took an active part in the concert at the GDK im site.Estaya. The event began with the participation of students of different ethnic groups of Kazakhstan – Astayeva Malika represented Caucasian national, Juraeva Arina represented Russian national, Abdrakhmanova Annur represented Kazakhstan, Ibraeva Dilnaz – Uzbekistan, Meladze Yasmin – Ukrainian. The participants of the concert were: Ratnikova Nadezhda, Zhumabekova Tomiris, Botpai Arailym, Isadilov Arman, Musayev Bauyrzhan, Amanbek Diamond, Muratbek Eszhan, Orazkan Aishagul. For citizens, the dates were announced in Kazakh, Russian, Ukrainian, and English languages. Also, the students performed instrumental compositions on dombre, script.

AWARDS

14-17.09.2022 – participation of the student of AА-202 Smykov Ali in the methodological seminar "Innovative educational programs: experience of development and implementation". Awarded a Certificate for active participation in the seminar.

Toraigyrov University awarded letters of thanks to students who took an active part in the last presidential election. Amanbek Gauhar, a student of the AА-101 group, participated in the election campaign on 20.11.2022.

Students of the specialty "Instrumental performance" Kairbaev Aidana, gr.IP-402 and Alzhanova Ayana, gr. IP-401 took part in the International competition-festival "Daryndylar Dodasy". They were awarded a Diploma of the I degree in the nomination "Instrumental performance".
