Born on April 23, 1950, Arbigen village, Shcherbakty district, Pavlodar region.

Opera singer, teacher, Honored Artist of Kazakhstan (1994), laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2006), People's Artist of Kazakhstan (2023).

1981 – graduated from the Almaty State Conservatory named after Kurmangazy – opera, concert, chamber singer, teacher.

1981-1989 – soloist of the State Philharmonic named after Zhambyl.

1989-2015 – soloist of the Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theater named after Abai.

1989-1997 – Dean of the Faculty of Vocal and Opera Training at the Almaty State Conservatory named after Kurmangazy.

1997-2015 – head of the singing department of the Almaty State Conservatory named after Kurmangazy.

2015 – Professor of the Department of Vocal Art and Choral Conducting at the Kazakh National University of Arts.

2017-2019 – head of the department of “Vocal art and choral conducting” of the Kazakh National University of Arts.

2019-2022 – head of the opera troupe of the Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theater named after Abay.

2022 to present Professor of the Department of Performing Arts of the NJSC Toraigyrov University.
