Kazakhstan is actively implementing compliance services in the quasi-public and private sectors. The concept of compliance service came to us from abroad. It denotes conformity. The purpose of this service is to conduct compliance testing, monitoring and analysis. In addition, the compliance service fight with violations of the Code of Ethics and corruption. Kazakhstan is the first among the countries of the former USSR to introduce this service.

NJSC "Toraighyrov University" was one of the first in the field of education to create Compliance - a service within the framework of mandatory regulatory requirements and the introduction of international practice.

This position was created as part of mandatory regulatory requirements and the implementation of international practice. The main goal is to fight corruption and create an internal corporate culture of the university, which ensures transparency, honesty among all employees and creates conditions for work in accordance with the best international standards, internal policies and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We ask you to be concerned about violations of ethics and facts of corruption and report any, even the slightest, facts to the feedback channels.

Inform of corruption and unethical actions

Please indicate in your request:

- area of activity in which the violation took place;

- describe the content of the violation and the facts known to you;

- indicate the faculty (department), scientific and practical center and structural unit of the university in which the violation took place;

- state your name (optional);

- indicate your contact details for feedback (optional).

We draw your attention to the fact that the essence of the message should clearly show the facts known to you, and not unfounded suspicions. We expect your assistance and information about actually committed or planned illegal actions that may lead to an official investigation. It is important for us to get an idea of the scale of the violation. Any reports of abuse at the university are important, because even small, but often committed violations often cause no less serious harm than a one-time and large crime.

Please remember, the following form should not be used:

- to disseminate information that is deliberately false and disgraces the honor and dignity of university employees;

- to settle personal scores, revenge;

- from molester motives.
