            Доводим до Вашего сведения,  что согласно  Справке о государственной регистрации юридического лица от  07.07.2020 года № 17462-1945-АО РГП на ПХВ «Павлодарский государственный имени С. Торайгырова» Министерства образования и науки Республики Казахстан  реорганизовано в некоммерческое акционерное общество «Торайгыров университет» со стопроцентным участием государства в уставном капитале.  

           С этой даты  Университет  функционирует  с полным  наименованием:

 на государственном языке  «Торайгыров университеті»  коммерциялық емес  акционерлік  коғамы;

  на русском языке       некоммерческое акционерное  общество «Торайгыров  университет»;

на английском языке  non-profit limited company  «Toraighyrov University».

          БИН (бизнес-идентификационный  номер)  99 01 4000 46 54

           Уполномоченным лицом  Некоммерческого  акционерного  общества «Торайгыров университет» избран Бегентаев Мейрам  Мухаметрахимович.

До формирования  органов общества  НАО    вся документация направляется и подписывается уполномоченным лицом Бегентаевым М.М.

          Согласно ст.47 Трудового кодекса Республики Казахстан  «Трудовые отношения при изменении наименования, ведомственной принадлежности работодателя, смене собственника акций (долей участия в уставном капитале) юридического лица, реорганизации работодателя – юридического лица»

          В случаях изменения наименования, ведомственной принадлежности работодателя, смены собственника акций (долей участия в уставном капитале) юридического лица, реорганизации работодателя – юридического лица трудовые отношения с работниками продолжаются без изменений.

4. a Copy of the parents ' death certificate, decision on guardianship, decision on deprivation of parental rights (for orphaned children);
5. Certificate of disability (disabled);
6. Copy of birth certificate, copy of death certificate of one of parents or certificate from the registry office about the record of the father according to mother, the decision on deprivation of parental rights of a parent (for students having one parent)
7. a Copy of the parents ' disability certificate, a copy of the student's birth certificate (for students whose parents are disabled);
8. Reference from place of residence about family structure (large families);
9. copies of identity cards of all students at PSU named after S. Toraigyrov, certificate from the place of study, reference from a residence about family structure (students from the same family attending on a fee basis (all forms of study, in the age of 22 years), dependent parents);
10. reference from the University's personnel Department (for students whose parents are University employees).
