Совет директоров Некоммерческого акционерного общества «Торайгыров  университет», 14000, город  Павлодар, ул. Ломова, 64, объявляет конкурс на занятие вакантной должности Председателя Правления-ректора Некоммерческого акционерного общества «Торайгыров университет», расположенного по адресу: город Павлодар, улица Ломова 64 .

Основным предметом деятельности является предоставление образовательных услуг в сфере высшего, послевузовского, технического и профессионального, послесреднего и дополнительного образования.

Целью деятельности является создание необходимых условий для получения качественного образования, обучения и преподавания, направленных на формирование, развитие и профессиональное становление личности на основе национальных и общечеловеческих ценностей, достижений науки и практики, а также для развития научного потенциала и коммерциализации разработок.

Требования к участникам конкурса: высшее и (или) послевузовское образование, стаж работы на руководящих должностях в организациях образования и (или) уполномоченных органах в соответствующих сферах не менее 5 лет.

Не может принимать участие в конкурсе лицо:

1) моложе двадцати пяти лет;

2) ранее совершившее коррупционное правонарушение;

3) имеющие непогашенную или неснятую судимость;

4) состоявшие на учете в медицинских специальных учреждениях;

5) иные случаи, предусмотренные законодательством Республики Казахстан.

Лицо, претендующее на участие в конкурсе, представляет следующие документы:

1) заявление в установленной форме;

2) копия документа, удостоверяющего личность участника Конкурса;

3) послужной список участника конкурса с цветной фотографией размером 3х4 в установленной форме;

4) программа развития высшего учебного заведения;

5) копии документов об образовании и приложений к ним с представлением оригиналов для сверки;

6) копия документа, подтверждающего трудовую деятельность, удостоверенная кадровой службой по месту (действующему либо последнему) работы;

7) медицинская справка о состоянии здоровья (врачебное профессионально-консультативное заключение) по форме № 086/у;

8) справка с психоневрологической организации, выданной не более чем за один год до дня представления документов, в соответствии с законодательством о государственных услугах;

9) справка с наркологической организации, выданной не более чем за один год до дня представления документов в соответствии с законодательством о государственных услугах;

10) документ, подтверждающий отсутствие запрета на занятие должности в соответствии с уголовным законодательством.

Прием документов для участия в конкурсе проводится в течение 10 (десяти) календарных дней со дня опубликования объявления.

Дата и место проведения конкурса будут сообщены дополнительно. Вышеуказанные документы в установленные сроки необходимо представить в Департамент высшего и послевузовского образования Министерства образования и науки Республики Казахстан  (каб. 643), телефон: 8 (7172) 74-27-25.

Those wishing to undergo an internship under the Bolashak program at leading foreign universities, please contact the International Office, room 251.

 

Required documents to apply for an internship:

 

-  a completed application form;

-  an employer’s application for training a specialist with the condition of retaining a job;

-  identity card and passport;

-  a bachelor’s or specialist’s diploma with an attachment, as well as, in the case of training in a foreign educational organization - a certificate of recognition and / or nostrification of a document on education or other document on the recognition of a document on education, taking into account the specifics established by paragraph 8 of Article 39 of the Law;

-  documents confirming labor activity (total work experience of at least 3 (three) years, including the last 12 (twelve) months in the chosen field of specialization), as well as an extract on the listed mandatory pension contributions for the period of labor activity required in accordance with these Rules;

-  a valid official certificate of the established form for passing the exam in a foreign language in the event of a requirement of a foreign organization accepting the internship with the result appropriate for the internship, as well as, if necessary, for obtaining a visa;

-  a valid official certificate of the established form for passing the exam in the state language;

-  082y medical certificate on the state of health for persons traveling abroad;

-  documents confirming an unconditional invitation (with the exception of financial conditions) of a foreign organization accepting an internship, indicating the timing, cost (with a breakdown of calculations) of the internship with notarized translations into the state or Russian languages;

-  an internship program, drawn up in accordance with the requirements established by the Working Body and approved by the sending and receiving organizations for the internship.
