The aims of the Scientific and Educational Center for Practical Psychology and Pedagogy (hereinafter SECPPP):

- to develop a system of a new education and communication program, a sphere of standardization for the challenges and opportunities for the training of professional staff (competence);

- to develop solutions and tools for updating the training program.

The tasks of the SECPPP:

1.To develop objective tools that promote the creative and mutually beneficial work of a school and university (development of methodological materials on high-quality updating of the curriculum, formation of a creative teacher-coach alliance, organization and execution of pedagogical competitions and exhibitions of the works carried out by a teacher-coach, etc.

2.To become a source of innovative technologies; to become the content of updated training programs, which results in developing a university product, i.e. a competent student.

3.To become a marketing tool for the University that promotes and increases the demand among prospective students and citizens eager to receive professional retraining.

4.To develop a program on coaching technologies for schools and universities of the city; to launch a project “Functional Tools for General Professional Thinking and Activities”; to develop a program on services rendering as well.

5.To find and attract investors for the continuous SMART-VUZ project.

6.To establish an educational technology laboratory at the premises of the SECPPP of S. Toraighyrov PSU.

The SECPPP Scope of Work:

The Scientific and Educational Center for Practical Psychology and Pedagogy will establish a laboratory to develop the steps of implementation of the 2050 State Program in the following fields: education, a medical and social field, production, business and law.

1.The coach technologies (  +  )  и  (  -  ) in the higher school system.

2.The SECPPP develops:

- the content of the University’s image (a high-tech and practice-oriented tool is established through the agency of the coach technologies); 

- the work tool of lecturers and teaching staff members through the agency of the coach technologies;

- the pedagogical build-up structure of the coach technologies among teaching staff members ready for the coach technologies; we create effective learning environment together with school teachers (we increase the number of A level students from 3% to 15%), etc.

The results of the SECPPP’s collaboration with schools:

1. Students’ examination performance will be improved. 

2. Positive communication will be built up between parents and teachers, teachers and teachers, teachers and school senior staff members.

3. The prestige of a school will be increased.

4. A school will become more recognizable through social networks.

5. Competitiveness in the educational services market will be raised.

Steps for implementing the coach technologies:

- 10-12 persons will be taught the coach technologies by the SECPPP, the coach laboratory. Upon completion, they will be given a certificate, which allows them to teach the coach technologies to school staff members. 

- Coach technologies training seminars for students will be delivered by the SECPPP, the coach laboratory.

- Methodological tools on high-quality updating of the training program will be developed by the SECPPP, the coach laboratory.

- Creative workshops for a school teacher and a university coach have been elaborated by the SECPPP, the coach laboratory. 

- Pedagogical competitions and exhibitions of school teacher’s and university coach’s joint works will be led by the SECPPP, the coach laboratory. 

- Individual counseling services will be offered by the SECPPP, the coach laboratory, to children with learning disabilities, in order to help them overcome these problems.

Bagzhanat Dyndarbekkyzy Kairbekova: Head of the Scientific and Educational Center for Practical Psychology and Pedagogy, Associate Professor

Academic degree: Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences

Academic rank: postgraduate education (1998-2002), a doctoral degree (2007-2010) from Karaganda State University (Karaganda).

Education:

- higher, Ye. Buketov Karaganda State University, the qualification awarded: Philology (1987);

- a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences degree earned from Ye. Buketov Karaganda State University, the qualification: 13.00.01 Pedagogy and Psychology (2006);

- a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences degree earned from Ye. Buketov Karaganda State University, the qualification: 13.00.01 Pedagogy and Psychology (2011).

Courses taught: General Pedagogy, Pedagogy, Methodological Fundamentals of Distance Learning in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Organization of Professional Activity on Psychological and Pedagogical Directions (taught in Kazakh), Methods and Methodology of Pedagogical Research (taught in Kazakh), Educational Process Monitoring, Criteria-based Assessment of Educational Results; a supervisor of master’s and doctoral theses.

Publications: over 60 scientific publications (monographs, text books, study guides, books, 2 social projects).

Professional achievements:

-2006 – Best Guideline Developer for implementation of innovative technologies into the educational process of village schools of Pavlodar region. 

-2007 – the winner of the Republican Competition “Effective Leader in Education” (Almaty). 

-2013 – the winner of the V International Competition of Acknowledgement of Professional Achievements in the field of PR and Advertising “Zolotoy Sobol” (Novosibirsk), the project “Formation of Deontological Qualities of a Future Specialist”.

In 2015, Bagzhanat Dyndarbekkyzy took the spot in the 50 Most Successful Women of Kazakhstan rankings, the book was published to mark the 20th anniversary of the Association of Successful Women of Kazakhstan. 

In 2015, she received a letter of appreciation from Akim of the region for high-quality performance in working with the youth and outstanding contribution to the development of the region.

In 2016, Bagzhanat Dyndarbekkyzy received a letter of appreciation from Akim of the region for high-quality performance in working with the youth, organization and execution of the regional competition “With Diploma to Village”.

-2008 – the author of the project “University Scholars To Village Schools”, she collaborates actively with schools of Pavlodar and East Kazakhstan regions.

-2012-2013 - Bagzhanat Dyndarbekkyzy successfully completed a distance learning course on “The competency-based approach in university’s pedagogy” held at the Center for Modern Pedagogy “Education Without Borders” (Montreal, Canada) under the scope of the international educational project “The XXI Pedagogy”.
