S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar state university held the regional vocal competition "Two stars", organized by the activists of the youth affairs committee.

S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University held the annual Graduate Fair.

In accordance with the State Program of Education Development in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020 elements of the dual system are widely used in S.Toraighyrov PSU while organizing teaching and learning process. It is expected both theoretical and practical training directly at employers' enterprises.

During the days of the VI International Youth Forum of cross-border cooperation "Birlik-Edinstvo.KZ" one of the platforms for dialogue and discussion of intercultural exchange became S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University.

Republican scientific and practical conference "Personality and socio-political activity of Alikhan Bukeikhan" took place in S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar state university.

On the basis of S. Toraighyrov PSU created a search party "Panfilovshylar" devoted to the 75th anniversary of the 28 Panfilov heroes’s great deed.

Students of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University became the prizewinners of the Republican Olympiad.
