The International Symposium “Innopreneurship: A need of Sustainable Agriculture” was visited by Serik Abeuov, a head of the Department of Agrotechnology, candidate of agricultural sciences and Victor Kamkin, candidate of biological sciences, Associate Professor as honored guests.

The event, which was held at Haryana Agricultural University (India), was also attended by scientists from Australia, New Zealand, Canada and America.

During the meeting, S. Abeuov and V. Kamkin presented reports to the scientific community on the problems of salinization and transformation of solonetz under conditions of non-irrigated agriculture, as well as innovative cultures for the North-East of Kazakhstan.

Summing up the symposium, Vice Chancellor of Haryana Agricultural University, Dr. K. P. Singh noted, that the multifaceted cooperation with S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University is an important indicator of the success of two universities and their relevance in the international market of educational services.

In addition, within the framework of the visit, the prospects for academic mobility of students and Master’s students of PSU were discussed. The University of Haryana will conduct special courses for students on plant-growing, they can also undertake workshop and pre-diploma practice at the base of the university.

It is worth noting that, together with scientists from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology of PSU, research projects are being developed in the field of plant growing, vegetable growing, breeding and seed farming of agricultural plants.
