A ceremonial concert in honor of the 5th anniversary of the preparatory department of the “Foundation” faculty for foreign students dedicated to the 2014 graduates was held at S.Toraighyrov PSU.

The first year the students were as attendee of preparatory courses, then continued their studies as students. This year they complete the training.

The Kazakh national dances “Kerbez” and “Kara Zhorga”, classical waltz, vocals, musical compositions and expressive reading were performed on the stage for the guests.

Many of the students do not only study in their specialty, but also actively participate in the youth cultural and sports life of the university.

“I want to say thanks to the teachers who have transferred knowledge and carried out a great educational work, and I wish the students to realize themselves in life, success and great achievements”, said the dean of the faculty “Foundation”, Professor Saule Ksembaeva, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

At the end of the festive event, active graduates and faculty members were awarded certificates of honor.

Let us add, that in 5 years at the preparatory department for foreign students of the “Foundation” faculty 232 students, ethnic Kazakhs, were trained, 115 of which entered PSU.
