The delegation, composed of dean of the “Foundation” faculty, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Saule Ksembaeva, Head of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Ainash Kudysheva and senior lecturer Samal Anikeyeva in a broad format discussed aspects of the Concept of the third stage of modernization of social services system.

More than 600 social workers, international experts, heads of representative office of international organizations in Kazakhstan, deputies of the Parliament and representatives of central governmental authorities took part in the discussions at eight venues.

Issues of retraining of personnel, the introduction of continuous vocational education and an independent qualification assessment system were discussed during the forum. 

In addition, proposals were made to create a single database, which gives the consumer the right to choose social workers.

According to Samal Antikeyeva, this will certainly create competition and will affect the salary level.

"People who are worried for everyone with whose fate they come into contact, work in our special sphere, as in no other. I'm sure that will be more such employees, compassionate and not indifferent -. The specificity of our profession is that assistance must be tactful, coming from the heart", added Samal Antikeyeva.
