Thomas Cech, Associate Professor of  Palacky University, Olomouc conducted seminars, consultations for Master's degree and doctoral students.

Also, an expert from the Czech Republic read a course for teachers of the Department of Personal Development and Education on modern trends in inclusive education.  The issues of creating an accessible environment, developing adapted educational programs for higher education and supporting the educational process for students with disabilities were covered.

 According to the head of the department Ainash Kudysheva “Personal development and education”, the course conducted by Professor Tomas Cech was relevant in the context of modern requirements for higher educational institutions in Kazakhstan.

 “At present, inclusion is not just a requirement, but a necessary reality.  Not so long ago, we adopted a law that provides for state guarantees in the field of education for persons with special educational needs, conditions for their self-improvement and continuing education throughout life at all levels of education”, added Ainash Amangeldyevna.
