Persons wishing to participate in the competition must submit an application addressed to the Chairman of the Competitive Selection Committee.

The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

Identification document (original for verification);

Document on preliminary medical examination (medical certificate form 075/u);

Copies of diplomas on higher education, academic and scientific degrees, and academic titles;

Certificate on the presence or absence of records regarding criminal offenses committed by the person, issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (originals for verification); the advanced training courses must correspond to the taught subjects, and the period of completion must not exceed three years;

A list of scientific and methodological works for the last 5 years, certified by the Scientific Secretary;

Work plan (in accordance with the clause of the university development program); a template of the lecturer's work plan for 3 years is placed in the lecturer's personal cabinet, while applicants who are not university employees must register in the "Vacancies" section;

Letter of recommendation for the declared departments from the Head of Department and the Dean of the Faculty;

Information (certificate) on committing/not committing a corruption offense from the information systems of the state body exercising activities in the field of state legal statistics and special records within its competence, or via the "e-government" web portal.

This position is to manage the activities of a structural unit that ensures the development of the university's continuing education system, organize and implement programs for additional education for employees, advanced training, professional retraining, short-term educational programs, and enhance the university's competitiveness in the educational services market.

Qualification requirements for applicants:
- Higher or postgraduate education;
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions in educational organizations or educational authorities.
- Knowledge of current education legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the current internal regulatory documents of Toraigyrov University.
