The plein air “Kasietti sayakhat” (“Sacred Travel”) was held within the framework of the project “Sacral Geography of Kazakhstan” in the area of Toraighyr Lake in Bayanaul reserved area, in which Zhuldyz Taniyeva and Zura Asylgazina - teachers of the Faculty of Architecture and Design of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University took part.

The event was organized by the Department of Culture and the Pavlodar Regional Art Museum. 

Bayanaul meeting of painters was the first of the planned plein air in the areas of Pavlodar region, and is aimed at comprehensive coverage of the most significant sacred objects of the region, which will not only enrich historical values, but will preserve historical places for future generations.

A unique historical and cultural heritage will form the basis of the paintings of Pavlodar masters. This project is an important component for the preservation of national identity.

According to the results of the plein air the exhibition is planned to be held at the “Uly Dala Eli” festival.
