A meeting of PSU students with famous Kazakh actors Meruyert Utekesheva and Alimgazy Raynbekov took place in the concert hall of S. Toraighyrov PSU on April 24, 2014.

Rector of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University participated online in the International Research and Practice Forum on Strategic Planning of Territorial Development, Experience, Modern Trends, and Prospects on April 24, 2014.

PSU students from Zhur-102 group were among the prize-winners at the X International Media Festival of Youth Mass Media “Under a Lucky Star. We Will Live in the New World!” held in Astana.

One of the aspects of the Bilim+ project is teaching patriotism to the younger generation, strengthening the ethnic and religious tolerance through the lens of the ideas of patriotism, humanism and tolerance expressed by folk educators.

S. Toraighyrov PSU won the All-Russian Festival of Scientific and Educational Films and Programs of the University Television "University-TV" (Tomsk) in the Best Program Design nomination.

4th-year students majoring in Live-stock Production Technology, the Department of Zootechnology, Genetics and Selective Breeding, the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University, participated in the VI National Academic Olympics.

The XXI session of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan entitled 'Kazakhstan-2050 Strategy: Culture of Peace, Spirituality and Harmony', chaired by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, was held in the Palace of Peace and Accord in Astana on April 18, 2014.

The Foundation Faculty held yet another meeting of S. Toraighyrov PSU representatives with prospective students of our region on April 17, 2014. This time, PSU members went to Zhelezenka area.

Asiya Kalmanova, a 4th years student majoring in Translation Studies, took the first place in the International Competition of Research Projects Performed by Undergraduate and Graduate Students.

Undergraduate and graduate students of S. Toraighyrov PSU held a simulation exercise in Forms and Methods of Student Activists' Work on Formation of Ethnic and Religious Tolerance among Students. The event was held under the Bilim+ project on April 16, 2014.
