Z. Aymauytova Scientific and Practical Centre of Ethno-pedagogy and Innovation Educational Technologies of PSU has conducted seminars and lectures for teachers of several regions of Pavlodar Oblast.

The employees of SPC of ethno-pedagogy and innovation educational technologies have visited Bayanaul, Sherbakty and Ekibastuz districts to lecture and give seminars.

The aim of conducting seminars and lectures for teachers of districts is implementation of innovation and educational technologies in students’ education.

The moderator of these events, the director of SPC of ethno-pedagogy and innovation educational technologies, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Yenlik Zhumatayeva emphasized the importance of works performed: “Our President says in his Message that general secondary schools must catch up to the teaching level of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools. The education system must develop the mechanisms of innovation activity; find creative ways of solving vitally important problems; make creativity become a norm and a form of person’s existence”.

Nowadays the meaning and the role of innovation educational technologies in formation of competitiveness of education, economy and culture are highly valued all around the world. “The main point of this teaching way is orientation of educational process towards person’s potentialities and their realization”, says Yenlik Osserbayeva.

The employees of SPC of ethno-pedagogy and innovation educational technologies named after Z. Aymauytov collaborate closely with general secondary educational institutions of Pavlodar Oblast, they have conducted seminars and lectures on the theme : “A voucher as a module system: “The principles of innovation educational technologies regarding general secondary schools and schools of a new type”.

The head of the Department of Education of Sherbakty district Bayan Omarova thanked the employees for organizing a substancial event and expressed the hope that collaboration would take place in future. “At the present time many teachers misunderstand the meaning of ethno-pedagogy, they can not distinguish educational technologies. Our teachers gained much from the seminar”, says Bayan Shortayevna.

At the end of the seminar teachers were given certificates and useful work materials. The scholars of PSU are going to continue conducting teaching seminars in other disctricts of the oblast.
