Toraighyrov University is expanding cooperation with the metallurgical enterprise “KSP Steel” LLP to recognize students’ micro-qualifications.

It is worth noting that since 2022 Toraighyrov University is expanding the list of innovative educational programs developed according to the Atlas of new professions and competencies of Pavlodar region.

Features of these EPs are close interaction with industrial enterprises of Pavlodar region, training of 2nd year undergraduate students in micro-qualification programs for obtaining vocational professions.

 This year, several micro-qualification programs were launched for students: “Universal equipment repair specialist”, “Non-destructive testing specialist”, “Controller in the production of ferrous and non-ferrous metals”.

 -  The graduate model of Toraighyrov University, which we included into innovative educational programs, implies certification of the graduate in several micro-qualifications and nanodegrees of 4-5 levels of the National Qualifications Framework in the process of studying at the Bachelor's programme, which allows to be in demand in the labor market  in the 3-4 years of study  , - noted the rector of the university Yerkin Sadykov.

 In addition, since 2022, the university has opened 12 innovative EPs according to the Atlas of new professions and competencies of Pavlodar region.
