The Department of " Trilingualism "was established on 01.07.2020 on the basis of three departments" Kazakh language and Journalism"," Russian Philology "and"Foreign languages".

Teaching staff of the Department teaches the Kazakh language, Paper work in a state language, Standard of Speech subjects to the students of the following faculties: Architecture and Construction, Philology, Journalism and Art, Finance and Economics, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biology and Chemistry. The teaching staff of the department also teaches these subjects to the students of master’s degree courses for all specialties.

The activity of the department is aimed at training to the Kazakhstani media, structures for public relations, experts in the theory and practice of journalism, managers in the field of telecommunications, web editors.

The Department successfully cooperates with LLP "CAI", LLP "Irtysh-Media", newspapers "Saryarka Samaly", "Zvezda Priirtyshya", "Region kz", with the regional branch of JSC "RTRBC “Kazakhstan”, “Halyk radio" broadcasting company "Irbis" and other media.

Before the unification of structural units of the Department "Russian Philology" provided training on educational programs of undergraduate 6В02302 - "Russian Philology", 6В01701 - "Russian language and literature", master's 7М02302 - Russian Philology and doctoral studies 8D02301 - Philology.

Staff of the Department conducts classes in the disciplines of cycle GED "Kazakh / Russian language" "Foreign language" and database "Professional Kazakh / Russian language", "Professionally-oriented foreign language" for students and undergraduates of all specialties.

Head of the Department is  Ayman Fayzullovna Zeynulina, a candidate of philological sciences, The member of International Informatization Academy.
