Project goals:
• contributing to the modernization and internationalization of societies in Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Russia by expanding their opportunities for internationalizing master's programs by bringing them to EU quality standards, introducing English as the language of instruction (English Medium Instruction – EMI), and introducing a blended learning format (Blended learning);
• promoting the mobility of students and teachers between Asian and European universities preparing specialists for agriculture and forestry;
• increasing access to higher education, especially for the most vulnerable groups;
• promoting the development of joint degrees (double / multiple degrees).
 
The main approach adopted in the project is the modernization and development of key modules within the framework of educational disciplines in the areas of training specialists for agriculture and forestry, which is a common regional priority for all non-European partners. Thus, the project aims to strengthen regional cooperation between Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Russia, as well as to create new prospects for international cooperation between these countries and the EU, which, in turn, contributes to the overall reform of national higher education systems. 
 
Project objectives:
 
1. Developing a new model for the internationalization of master’s programs.
2. Expanding the possibilities of teaching in universities through retraining of personnel and the modernization of educational resources.
3. Creating the possibility of multilingual e-learning for undergraduates, to improve their access to educational resources at the international level.
4. Devloping and introducing new modules in the master degree curriculum of universities in the EU partner countries, which will be taught in English (EMI) in the format of blended learning and in accordance with EU quality standards.
5. Building potential for internationalization through increased international academic mobility.
