Achievements of the faculty

        Along with educational and scientific activities, the faculty also conducts educational work aimed at forming a conscious civic position among young people, striving to preserve and increase moral, cultural and universal values, as well as the formation of a harmoniously developed personality.

                                             

                

        The project "Olympiad "IT OLIMP TOU" for teachers and schoolchildren of Pavlodar region" was organized. The I-th open IT Programming Olympiad for teachers and schoolchildren of Pavlodar region was held on March 26, 2021 on the online platform eJudge.

                                

        Teachers of the educational program participate in the organization of scientific and educational projects. Thus, the faculty initiated the project "IT-School ToU", opened an IT school that allows you to train IT personnel in a short time by teaching anyone who wants on short courses. This project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Pavlodar region and Eurasian Resources Group Corporation (ERG)

        Within the framework of the partnership program of universities of the USA and Kazakhstan to create sustainable international cooperation and partnership between higher education institutions of the USA and Kazakhstan, a grant was won with the University of Texas and colleagues from the Gumilev ENU. Teaching staff actively participate in the scientific and pedagogical examination of electronic textbooks at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for the Examination of the Content of Education (Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan) and have certificates for training experts in the evaluation of textbooks and teaching complexes.

        Under the academic mobility program, students and undergraduates of the faculties studied at the Baltic International University, Riga Technical University (Latvia), University of Lodz (Poland), University of Applied Sciences (Austria): Davydenko Ivan, Alinov Yerzhan, Potapenko Alexandra, Narkhanova Dinara, Sultan Apsalyamov, Anuarbekov Dias, Tazhkeev Yerbolat, Irmanova Aidana, Ilchubaeva Dina, Shaimerden Dinara, Dzumak Maria.

        Within the framework of the annual Spartakiad among university teaching staff, the faculty team took 1st place in all types of competitions, eventually took the 1st team place, receiving Certificates of Honor and the rector's Cup.

        Our graduates are leading specialists of many enterprises of Kazakhstan - Kazakhtelecom JSC, Aluminum of Kazakhstan JSC, PNKHZ JSC, TNK Kazchrome JSC, Casting LLP, Alliance Bank, Eurasian Bank, Sberbank of Russia, Halyk Bank, Temirbank, Tsesnabank, etc.

        The teaching staff systematically provides methodological assistance to teachers of schools in Pavlodar and Pavlodar region in the form of writing reviews for elective classes and for scientific projects of schoolchildren, consulting scientific projects and reviewing the works of teachers.

        Teachers actively participate in the submission of applications for scientific projects in various grant competitions for scientific and (or) scientific and technical projects:

        -    Potapenko O. G., Potapenko A. O. participated in the research group on the topic "Restoration, reproduction, distribution of the Altai highly productive population of Central Russian bees, development of innovative methods of maintenance";

        -    Isabekova B. B. participated in the research group of applications for grant funding on the topic "Distribution of fiber-optic systems for the protection of extended objects with a decision-making body based on artificial intelligence algorithms"; Innovative model of "Family support services" in the system of educational institutions of the Pavlodar region; Monitoring of the state of recreational areas of forest ecosystems in the RSU "Katon-Karagai State National Natural Park;

           Teachers Ospanova N.N., Dautova A.Z. participated in a project to develop a mobile application for tourism. According to the completed project "Development of a concept for the development of year-round tourism in the Pavlodar region until 2025", a mobile application "TourismPVL" has been developed. It is available for download in Playmarket for Android-based gadgets.

        Ospanova N.N. as a researcher performs research work under contract No. 39 "Administration and maintenance of the mobile application "Travel PVL"" from "01" March 2021 to "31" December 2021

And also an Apple Development developer account was created with the payment of a membership fee. Due to Apple's policy, all checks are carried out in detail, which takes a certain amount of time. A mobile application (testing phase) was uploaded to the AppStore. The life cycle of a mobile application includes such stages as: "development", "testing", "support". The mobile application for iOS is at the stage of testing on gadgets with different screen configurations and resolutions, and support with correction of inaccuracies based on different devices. At this time, the application is only available for users of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The requirements for iOS apps are high, so it takes a lot of time to check the program.
