NJSC "Toraighyrov University" offers to rent free space.

The rules for the transfer of property for rent define the following procedure: rental of university property by the winner of the tender, rental of property by a potential tenant who has offered to use their equipment in the educational process with mandatory employment of university students for a period of up to three years, and in the event of fulfillment of these obligations, the university provides rent for the first year without payment of rental fees and payment only of utility bills, in the second and third years a discount of fifty percent of the estimated cost for renting the premises, in this case a direct agreement is concluded after receiving the consent of the Academic Council of the university and a positive decision of the Board.

In addition, in the case of your proposal to invest in a leased property in the amount of 20 million tenge or more, the Rules for the transfer of property for rent provide the right to apply for a direct agreement, after receiving the consent of the Academic Council of the university and a positive decision of the Board. A prerequisite is the modernization of technological equipment (if any at the facility) and carrying out major repairs. Upon expiration of the rental period, the installed equipment is transferred to the university’s balance sheet at the residual value according to the transfer acceptance certificate. The rental period for investments in the amount of 20 million tenge or more is five years, while the tenant remains responsible for paying rent and utilities.

Information about the two-stage tender is posted on the university portal; a package of documents for participation in the tender must be submitted to office 309a at Lomov Street, 64, a mandatory condition is the payment of a guarantee fee. The admission protocol and the winners' protocol are posted on the university portal. An agreement is concluded with the winner of the tender.

Applications for rent with the provision of your equipment in the educational process and with an investment of 20 million tenge, as well as for other reasons for rent must be submitted to office 201 at Lomov Street, 64. Applications are accepted daily until the 25th of each month except Saturdays and Sundays from 9.00 to 18.00 with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00.
