How to adapt a new employee to become a full-fledged team member who understands local cultural and professional values?  This was discussed at the “Onboarding” seminar organized by the HR-service.

A set of useful practices and cases were presented by experts from key structural units.

They presented the regulations of job descriptions, the rules for execution of documentation, tools for working with the educational portal, acquainted with the goals, mission, structure of the university, talked about compliance with ethics, safety measures and anti-corruption.

According to Anara Zhakisheva, HR director, successful onboarding increases employee retention and efficiency.

“The pandemic showed: adaptation in a hybrid work format requires a different approach, we are introducing digital methods of work.  And at this seminar we tried to show the best approaches and practices that are used to adapt employees in mixed or combined work conditions”, – Anara Yeskenovna emphasized.
