The monitoring group of the “Nur Otan” party visited the 600-beds dormitory of Toraighyrov University under construction, discussed problematic issues of construction.

- Due to the cold weather, construction and installation work was in suspense.  The pandemic also made adjustments.  We have problems with the supply of materials for the facility, now there is a great demand for reinforced concrete products, - explained the deputy director of "Zaman-Alliance" LLP, Kanat Kaimuldin.

The first deputy chairman of the regional branch of the party Ilya Terenchenko proposed to settle the issues of the implementation of the Third Initiative of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the construction of a new dormitory and the supply of materials at the Nur Otan site:

- We are concerned about the delay in operational commissioning the hostel.  According to the concluded contract, the construction should have been completed much earlier.  We proposed to work out a joint mechanism: we will invite representatives of utilities, specialized industries with a request to supply about a hundred panels as soon as possible in order to complete all external work before the cold weather.

For the commissioning of the dormitory by October, contractors were advised to revise the work schedule and increase the number of teams.

It is known that the rooms will be decorated in a loft style.  At the expense of the savings on finishing, additional equipment and furniture will be purchased for a comfortable stay of students.

The monitoring group in connection with the current situation will constantly monitor the progress of construction.
