Tyuleughazy Toktaghanov, the dean of the Faculty of Metallurgy, Machine Building and Transport, Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Professor of S. Toraighyrov PSU was awarded with a badge “Honorary Transport Worker” for high labor achievements and contributions to the development of the transport sphere.

A commemorative award was presented by the chairman of the Transport Workers Union of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Aliguzhinov. 

Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor Amangeldy Nurzhauov delivered a speech on behalf of the academic staff of the Faculty of Metallurgy, Machine Building and Transport. 

The chairman of the Transport Union of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Aliguzhinov, one of meeting attendees, noted that “From way back in the time of being called Pavlodar Industrial Institute PSU prepared highly qualified specialists, real professionals. S. Aliguzhinov also paid attention to the fact that “Tyuleughazy Tokilovich deservedly fills the responsible position, as he has seen the University’s life journey firsthand and together with it he has run the gamut from a student to professor and dean.

The honorary award is yet more proof that Tyuleughazy Tokilovich is a high-caliber professional, who keeps abreast of the times and stays on top of emerging trends in the sphere of machine building and transport. 

It should be noted that the Faculty along with the Faculty of Architecture and Construction and the Faculty of Energy Engineering is one of three pillars of the foundational industrial platform of PSU. Graduates of the Faculty of Machine Building have been strengthening the position of PSU as the foundry of industry-oriented specialists for more than fifty years. The lion’s share of them is presently employed at the largest industrial enterprises of Pavlodar. 

Mr. Aliguzhinov summed up the message of the meeting: “Pavlodar Industrial Institute and its academic staff gave new life to industry giants of Priirtyshye 55 years ago. In fact factories cannot work without good specialists. A few generations of graduates established the industrial basis for Pavlodar region. I am proud that I have studied with Tyuleughazy Tokilovich and that I have graduated from the first industrial institute of Pavlodar.”
