Students of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University held a quest marathon to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory. The event was organized by ENACTUS PSU.

The purpose of this marathon was patriotic education of the youth and introducing them to some of the historical sights of Pavlodar related to the Great Patriotic War. This project also encourages its participants to visit famous sights of the regional center, its museums, and promotes active leisure.

Before the start of this marathon, students held a flash mob dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory.

According to the Leader of ENACTUS PSU, Bakhytgul Kasymova, all tasks were related to the cultural and historical heritage of Pavlodar. “The game was really exciting. I am sure all participants could feel the atmosphere of patriotism and team spirit!” she said.

The game started on the riverside walkway. Teams received their task sheets and hurried to follow their routes. The goal was to reach one of the four final destinations. This is where the winners received their prizes. Besides, all participants received discount cards from partners of the event.

There were 52 teams representing schools, colleges and universities. The youngest participant of the marathon was 10 years old, while the oldest one was 45. All teams showed good team-working skills, imagination and creativity.
