The Master's Commencement Ceremony was held at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University on July 11, 2014.

During the ceremony, Deans of the faculties and heads of departments congratulated the graduates on completing their programs of study and wished them to use the knowledge received at PSU in their every day professional activities.

Master's Degree studies are the second stage of the three-level system of higher education. It helps to prepare specialists capable of solving more complex problems in specific areas of professional activity.

Entering the international educational space, S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University takes the quality of higher education to a new level. Successful implementation of the three-stage system for training of specialists (Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral studies) has become a guarantee of high quality of higher education.

This year, 168 students successfully completed their Master's Degree studies in 46 programs at Pavlodar State University.
