A commemorative book about the candidate of agricultural sciences, agronomist Serik Abeuov was published at Toraighyrov University.

 

 

For the first time in the northeast of Kazakhstan, he developed a technology for cultivating chickpea, taking into account the soil and climatic conditions of the region.  He economically substantiated the advantages of chickpea as a precursor for the leading crop of field crop rotation - spring wheat.

 As part of the Erasmus+ academic mobility program, Serik Abeuov gave a course of lectures for students on organic agriculture in the Czech Republic.

 He took part in the development of the interuniversity international project Mirror between Toraighyrov University and the State University of New York (SUNY, ESF).  The result of the project was a signed memorandum of understanding and the willingness of American colleagues to enroll in field-oriented doctoral studies.

 In addition, for many years of work in the development of agriculture, his name was included in the book-album “Names”, he was awarded letters of gratitude from the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Pavlodar regional maslikhat, and was twice awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Akim of Pavlodar region for his contribution to science and the agricultural sector  .
