A Relax day was held at Toraighyrov University to prevent emotional burn-out among students.

 The organizers were the psychologists of Toraighyrov University.  Participants learned methods such as a body-oriented approach, basic methods of self-regulation, as well as art therapy, where students depicted their feelings and emotions using watercolors, and also painted mandalas that promote self-understanding.  Art therapy helps to reduce emotional stress, calm down and relax.

 The event will help students prepare for upcoming exams and teach them how to use tools for self-regulation.
