A meeting  on the topic of bankruptcy, banking, microfinance activities, and collection agencies was held at Toraighyrov University.

The speaker of the meeting was the head of the department of state revenues in Pavlodar region Yerzhan Toktarkhanov.

- At the meeting, we discussed the intricacies of the law on the restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of Kazakhstan, which will come into force in March this year.  I am sure that this dialogue will be useful both for the employees of the university and for students who need to strengthen their financial literacy, - said the rector of the university Yerkin Sadykov.

Yerzhan Toktarkhanov spoke about the procedure of judicial bankruptcy, financial managers, the procedure for restoring solvency - all the possibilities, advantages, as well as ways of "recovery".
