A training was held for college employees at Toraigyrov University, at which participants analyzed the intricacies of dual training and mentoring.  Director of the Department of Human Capital Development  of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" Lyazat Shonaeva took part in the courses.

52 people attended the two-day training, including 32 teachers from eight colleges in the region.  In addition, several representatives of ERG  company took the course.

 - Mentoring has become more common since 2016.  This word has existed for a long time, but there was no term as such.  The National Chamber began to actively promote this term, and today we want to create an institution of mentoring.  On our initiative, the term "mentoring" was included in the Labor Code, - said Lyazat Shonaeva.

The speaker also emphasized that in traditional education, only the college is responsible for preparing a specialist.  If we talk about dual education, not only the educational institution is responsible here, but also its partners from among the enterprises.

Olzhas Mamyrbayev,  "BTS Education" project manager  noted that this year, as part of the implementation of social policy, the Eurasian Group launched the "ERG for Colleges" project.  Its goal is to train universal specialists in the field of technical and vocational education for the production needs of the company's enterprises.

Upon completion of the training, the trainees received certificates from the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken".
