According to the signed agreement, the parties agreed on professional retraining of employees, to develop the volunteer movement of the university, with further interaction of volunteers with rescue units.  Classes will be held in the civil protection office, where they will teach how to act in natural and man-made emergency situations.

In addition, an agreement was reached on the use of special equipment.  The inventor engineers of Toraighyrov University are already scaling equipment for our rescuers.

Students of the specialty “Life safety and environmental protection”, together with instructors of emergency situations, demonstrated the skills of civil defense in providing first aid to injured, transferring the injured, using personal protective equipment.
