A round table for explaination the problematic issues in the implementation of an action plan for the transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the "green economy" was held at S. Toraighyrov PSU.
The event is held on the initiative of the Directorate for Subsurface Use, the environment and water resources of Pavlodar region, as well as according to the instructions of the Ministry of Energy of RK for the implementation of the Regional Action Plan for the transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the "green economy" for 2013-2020.
A welcoming speech was addressed by Alexander Svidersky, head of the Department of Science and Innovation of the Pavlodar State University, quoting the words of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
"Green economy" is one of the important tools for ensuring sustainable development of the country. Transition to it will enable Kazakhstan the achievement of an objective to enter into the 30 most developed countries ", - said Alexander Konstantinovich.
The roundtable was attended by representatives of regional administrations, departments and enterprises, such as the Health Department, JSC "SEC Pavlodar", Department of Ecology and others.
Nariman Mapitov, Master of the Department of "Biology and Ecology", made a report, telling about the possibilities of preservation and effective management of ecosystems on the example of the natural forest reserve "Yertis ormany" using dendrochronological methods.
The speaker presented the project in the field of green technologies. Issues on possible options for the implementation of this project, through the use of state support tools were also discussed at the event.
