S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University held the annual Graduate Fair.

Meeting of graduates with the companies representatives gave the students the opportunity to personally interact with employers to learn about their requirements, labor market condition and available vacancies.

The heads of leading industrial enterprises, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, regional organizations, banks, law enforcement agencies and etc. came to increase their staff.

Meeting with public and private organizations to gave graduates also an excellent opportunity to form a correct self-esteem and learn how to orientate on the labor market.

On the basis of the received applications from 36 companies and organizations was formed the base of vacancies consisting of 224 vacant position. Information about available vacancies is bringing to the attention of graduates, and also posting on the educational web portal of the University.

According to the Head of the Department of Internships and Employment Assistance – Z.M. Zhanpeisova, university contracts with experienced employers, specified the places of work experience internships for students, and many of them, who have shown a high level of training, are offered to work in the company.

"The University holds Graduate fair every year to support the contact between employers and students, to inform graduates about existing vacancies, and employers have the opportunity to make a preliminary applicants selection. Meeting with young professionals shows that more and more companies prefer to raise cadres in cooperation with the universities", - said Zinaida Masagutovna.
