A meeting  with proxies of presidential candidate Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was held at Toraighyrov University.  Social activists told students and young scientists about the election platform.

The meeting was also attended by the deputy of the city maslikhat Elena Yarovenko, the rector of ToU Yerkin Sadykov and the vice-rector for youth policy, social and economic issues Yertargyn Shakhman, together with the guests at the university discussed the topic of the upcoming presidential elections scheduled for November 20.
 - We, as proxies of the presidential candidate Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, informed the audience about the election program of our candidate, which clearly reflects the conditions that will be created in the country for young people.  This is the introduction of a youth quota in public councils, the provision of preferential loans to young entrepreneurs at 2.5% per annum on a competitive basis, the provision of additional grant assistance to young entrepreneurs with special needs, - said Elena Yarovenko.
 - Student youth is one of the driving forces of our society.  It depends on it, in which Kazakhstan we will live in 10-15 years.  That is why students need to be politically active and be in the thick of things on which the fate of the country depends, - said Yerkin Sadykov.
