A seminar on the topic "Human Resource Management in an Organization" was held at Toraighyrov University.

The organizers were the trade union of the university staff and the Institute for Social and Political Research.

Training is designed to prepare personnel for the correct solution of a wider range of tasks and to ensure a high level of efficiency in work, to form a system of values   and attitudes that corresponds to today's realities.

University employees considered labor disputes, motivation as a management tool, staff adaptation, corporate culture, etc.

Large-scale training of personnel and managers of different levels is dictated by the need for a significant update of knowledge and the idea of   creating a system of continuous education for employees.
