The most exciting culinary #as_bolsyn_challenge is back.
The vice-rectors took part in a culinary duel, changed their business suits and put on aprons.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The ability to cook quickly and tasty was evaluated by the deputies of the regional and city maslikhats.
Our “cooks” showed well-coordinated work in teams, were able to distribute responsibilities, and work clearly and quickly.
The teams were given about two hours to prepare a hot dish.
The work of culinary specialists required speed of execution and ingenuity.
The participants prepared beshparmak from horse meat grown using the technologies of our Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, as well as pilaf, manti, a wide variety of salads and baked chicken with potatoes.
All the vice-rectors amazed the jury members by the exquisite taste and creative presentation of their dishes, so everyone deservedly received the first place.
As a result, more than 100 students could taste varied cuisine of several nations. The challenge was given to Satbayev University.
