Non-profit Joint Stock Company “Toraighyrov University”, located at 64 Lomov Street, Pavlodar, 140008, telephone: +7 (7182) 67-36-65, announces a competition to fill the following vacant position:

Director of the Department of Digital Development and Implementation of Artificial Intelligence.**

The scope of activities includes the digital transformation of the organization, implementation and development of artificial intelligence technologies, management of digital projects and information systems, development of digital services and process automation, as well as coordination of the implementation of the digital development strategy.

Qualification requirements for competition participants:

* higher or postgraduate education;
* at least 1 year of work experience in the field of information technology, digital transformation, implementation of information systems, or artificial intelligence;
* knowledge of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education and the current internal regulatory documents of NJSC “Toraighyrov University”.

Documents required for participation in the competition:
1. identity documents (original for verification);
2. personal personnel record sheet certified by the HR department of the last place of employment;
3. autobiography;
4. copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and scientific degrees, documents confirming academic titles, and originals for verification;
5. copies of certificates of retraining and professional development, if available, and originals for verification;
6. medical certificate on health condition, medical professional advisory conclusion, form No. 075/u;
7. certificate from a psychoneurological organization;
8. certificate from a narcological organization;
9. certificate on the presence or absence of records issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the commission of a criminal offense by the person;
10. the competition participant has the right to submit additional information related to his/her education, work experience, and professional level;
11. certificate on the presence or absence of records regarding the commission of a corruption-related crime;
12. the competition participant must submit a prospective development plan for the Department for 3 years.

Applications for participation in the competition shall be accepted within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement. The date and venue of the competition will be announced additionally.
The decision of the commission may be appealed by competition participants within three working days from the date of publication of the competition results.

Dear undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students!
We would like to inform you about the acceptance of applications for participation in the competition for the award of a named scholarship!
In accordance with paragraph 3.1 of the Regulations on the Award of Named Scholarships, approved by the order of Toraigyrov University dated April 30, 2026 No. 15-09/291, we inform you that applications for participation in the competition for the award of a named scholarship will be accepted from May 30, 2026 to June 15, 2026.
We ask applicants to send all supporting documents (paragraph 3.3) in electronic version in pdf format to the e-mail nmo-pgu@mail.ru with the designation "Last name_Named scholarship".
