The regional research and practice conference "Tugan zher" - my history, my culture, my region devoted to the implementation of the "Tugan zher" program, was held at S. Toraighyrov PSU.

Dog lover with their pets from Astana, Almaty, Semey, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Russia came to take part in this event. In total 35 breeds were presented. There were Irish Wolfhound, Tibetan mastiffs, husky, chihuahua, American Akita, Yorkshire terriers, St. Bernard dogs, Tsverkshnautsers and others.

A festive event dedicated to the Great Victory Day was held at S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University.

A concert devoted to the 25th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan was held at S.Toraighyrov PSU.

Prosecutor of Pavlodar region, State Judicial Counsellor 3rd Class Serik Karamanov visited S. Toraighyrov PSU.

The results of the first year of training were summed up and competitions for the "Best training platoon" timed to 7th May - the Defender’s Day were held on the military department of Pavlodar State University.
