First-year students of the Department of Russian Philology were admitted to the “philological fraternity”.

In a warm homely atmosphere, future philologists and teachers of the Russian language performed popular songs, adapted in their own way, participated in contests, performed comic tasks, unraveled words in the Crocodile game, and even tried their hand at collecting folklore.

The culmination of the holiday was a stylized fairy tale about Ivan Tsarevich and Koshchei. Starring were students of the department.

At the end of the meeting, the head of the Department of Russian Philology, a.k.a Queen, Gulvira Shaikova led the coronation ceremony of first-year students.
