Candidates for student deans discussed the development of student self-government at a meeting with the first head of the university Meiram Begentayev.

The students touched upon critical question on the work of the canteen, students' dormitories, the arrangement of the university, as well as educational programs and making adjustments to them at the request of students, etc.

In turn, M. Begentayev noted that students will have not nominal, but practical freedom of choice, the opportunity to make proposals for the development of the university, directly address issues that have arisen and influence the decision of the academic council.

In addition, student deans will be able to represent the legitimate interests of students, listen to the rector’s report on the university work, participate in the formation of the university budget, and more.
