A program to support young professionals and improve the educational level of the company's employees has developed and is implementing in PAVLODARENERGO JCS. The presentation of the program was held with the participation of representatives of universities, the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Pavlodar region, trade unions and the media.

Participants in the meeting were unanimous in the opinion that today the process of changing generations is growing and a high level of outflow of specialists remains. In order to control these processes, “PAVLODARENERGO” JCS has developed a special program that should increase the interest of students- power engineers to study for the purpose of further employment at the enterprises of the energy holding.

"The maintenance of new equipment, which is installed in the company as part of modernization, raises the requirements for the qualification of personnel", said Oleg Perfilov, General Director of “PAVLODARENERGO” JCS. - In this regard, it is necessary to adjust the curricula of educational institutions that train specialists for the electric power industry. We must help each other so that, by crossing the threshold of the university, graduates almost immediately could work at our enterprises".

The cooperation of S. Toraighyrov PSU and “PAVLODARENERGO” JCS will be carried out in several directions: organization of practice, career guidance, temporary employment for the period of vacations, improvement of the curriculum, holding project competitions, appointing a scholarship, participating in examination commissions, printing product manufacture.

According to the Vice-Rector for Academic Work of S. Toraighyrov PSU, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences,  Gaukhar Akhmetova, the implementation of large-scale state projects for the development of the economy of the country dictates the demand for specialists of the new formation. "Cooperation with “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC will contribute to further development and quality training of personnel, students will be motivated and the emphasis in the training process is shifting towards their practical training", said G. Akhmetova.
