Students of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University discussed the problems of their everyday life and leisure.

The meeting was organized by the Union of Student Self-governance and Development by request from the Ministry of Education and Science.

On September 22-24, 2014, S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University holds a series of meetings devoted to the everyday life of students. These meetings will bring together students, deputies from Maslikhats of all levels, members of advisory and consultative boards and representatives of the 'Kazakhstan 2050' movement.

Representative of the regional Office for Youth Policy Nurgul Aygozhina urged the participants of the meeting to solve problems together, identify problems and disadvantages of the educational process, every-day life and leisure of students. Natalya Ulchenko, a student of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction and Head of the Social Volunteering Center, was the moderator of the meeting. Specialist of the Division of Education and Social Affairs of S. Toraighyrov PSU Tlek Masalim, Chairperson of the Committee on Youth Affairs of S. Toraighyrov PSU Akbota Sarybay, and representatives of student self-governance Ruslan Gafurov and Zhomart Kausar made reports during the meeting.

'The main topic of our discussion is students' everyday life and leisure. We are going to listen to students, learn about their problems, and find solutions together. Active students will be able to voice their initiatives and proposals,’ said the Executive Director of the Union of Students' Self-governance and Development Kamila Rakhmatullina.
