On the initiative of the Department of Information and Social Development of the Pavlodar Region, Toraighyrov University hosted the opening of the regional educational project "Constitution: Values and Society," aimed at promoting social harmony and spiritual and cultural values. The event was attended by representatives of the region's intelligentsia, government officials, experts, youth, and community activists.
In the first part of the event, welcoming remarks were delivered by Indira Oralkanova, Board Member and Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and Administrative Activity, and Mr. Alnur Seidumanov, Head of the Department of Information and Social Development of the Pavlodar Region.
The second part of the meeting featured insightful reports within the framework of an "Educational Lecture Series." Amantai Kudabayev, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Professor, and Director of the Y. Bekmakhanov Research and Practical Center, spoke about the role of national consciousness in nation-building and emphasized the importance of studying the history of the native land and forming the historical awareness of young people. He noted that science and enlightenment play a special role in preserving national identity.
The lineup of speakers also included: Boris Polomarchuk, lecturer at Toraighyrov University; Bakizhan Kakim, social activist, blogger, member of the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and press secretary of Toraighyrov University; Maulen Abralin, a second-year student; and Dmitry Babulidi, a member of the student assembly.
Meetings of this format not only strengthen the bond between society and the youth but also provide a significant impetus for promoting national values, forming civic consciousness, and nurturing an active generation that cares deeply about the future of the country.
